The ROF and muzzle output do still appear to be on the low side.  There may still be airleaks within your system (which may explain the BB pissing issue).  Also, what BBs did you use?  What did you use to measure ROF and muzzle velocity?

As for the drum magazine, you should replace the internal wiring while you are at it.  Double check the individual solder joints as well.  Changing the power source from 2 AA batteries to LiPo may be overkill though, depending on the replacement battery pack's ratings.  The goal is to simply increase the input voltage sufficiently to up the magazine feed rate, and not frying the motor.  In my own builds with the STAR S-MAGs, 4-cell configuration with NiMH batteries was already enough.

oh great! nice suggestion.

well i plan to use single cell lipo which are 3,7 volt only. nimh also a good solution sice i have few unused battery from stock aeg.

i use xcortech 3200 to count measurement, BB are using 0,20 cyma or marui (for trial only). since the rof i so high i have to use lowest grade bb  Embarrassed to reduce my expence per game  Huh?

Dont go beyond a 187 mm barrel for the DSG gear set. A 300 mm barrel is too long.
